Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns are only accepted if we accidentally ship out the wrong items, if this does occur, please get in touch and I’ll rectify the order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@akikomatsuda.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address that we'll inform you via email. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

【返品・交換の対象と条件】

1.返品は間違ったアイテムが配送された場合を除き、お断りしております。色や質感などパソコンやデバイスによって実物の印象と異なることがございますが、全て一点もの、手作りの制作物となりますのでご了承ください。

2.商品に初期不良、破損、誤配送があった場合、またはお客様都合による返品・交換であっても、商品の未使用、および販売時の状態であることが条件となります。

3.セール品、および一部の商品に関しては返品・交換をお受けできない場合がございますので、詳細は商品ページに記載されている注意事項をご確認ください。

【返品・交換の手続きと費用】

1.返品・交換にあたっての送料については、初期不良、破損、誤配送の場合に限り、当社が負担いたします。それ以外の場合はお客様ご負担となりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

2.返品・交換にあたっては、必ず当ブランド指定の問い合わせフォームからお手続きください。返送先住所など詳細につきましては、こちらからお伝えさせていただきます。

3.商品の返送に関しては、商品の状態を損ねることのないよう、適切に梱包してください。また、商品到着後、当社にて検品を行い、問題がない場合に返金手続きをいたします。

4.交換の場合、商品の在庫状況によっては、お届けまでにお時間をいただく場合がございます。何卒ご理解いただけますようお願い申し上げます。
