HARVEST: A Longer Table is a special one-day event, designed for makers to come together to celebrate contemporary craft.

The title derives from a modern idiom: ‘if you have more than enough for yourself––build a longer table, not a higher wall’. This sets an intention for us to come together as a community, appreciating and celebrating the wisdom we have to share with one-another, and to look forward to what the future may bring.
The event takes place in partnership with The Free Company, a regenerative farm who will prepare a very special seasonal farm-to-table Harvest lunch of organic, local produce served in a communal atmosphere at the foot of the Pentland hills.
